Customers have the right to request or delete their personal data stored and processed by you. To ensure compliance and transparency:

• Provide a Request Form – Create a dedicated form on your website where users can request their data.

• Compile All Data – Gather personal information stored across various platforms, including CRMs, autoresponders, and our system.

Requesting Data from Our Servers

• Go to Website Settings > Cookies & Privacy > Request Customer Data (bottom of the page).

• Within 72 hours, our system will provide all available data for the requested customer (based on email).

• You can then combine this with third-party data for a complete response to the user.

This process ensures privacy compliance while giving users full control over their personal information.
