Now that you’ve created your Circle, it’s time to make it truly yours! Customize the main Circle settings and styling options to match your vision and create an engaging space for your members. Whether it’s refining the look, adjusting access levels, or ensuring a seamless experience, these settings help shape the perfect environment for your community.

To access your Circle settings, navigate to the top of the page, where you’ll find the available customization options displayed below.

Let's start with the main settings, first select the cog icon. Once selected a new window will display, within this window you'll be able to:

  • Circle Name: The name of your Circle.

  • Circle URL: Circle URL for sharing and search.

  • Show Circle Members: Turn on/off the number of members subscribed to your circle.

  • Show Circle Description: A short description can be added below your Circle name.

  • Show Tracking Progress: Enables the member to edit and view the status of the page content.

  • Access Levels: Each Circle can have its own access level

  • Enrolment Required: The visitor will be asked to click a button to view content and enrol to view it.

  • Circle Categories: Allocate specific categories for each circle.

  • Circle Styling: Configure your main styling colors, logos, font's and more to match your branding.

Here’s where you’ll find the Circle Settings option when applied to your Circle.

The attached image serves as a visual guide to help you locate it easily.

  1. Circle Name

  2. Show Circle Members

  3. Circle Description

  4. Show Tracking Progress - This will only be displayed IF you have other content that has tracking turned on.

Circle Categories

Circle categories help you organize multiple Circles efficiently, making it easier to manage and navigate your community. With this feature, you can create a simple filter tab that neatly groups Circles into specific categories, similar to how an eCommerce store organizes products but showcasing Circles instead.

To create a Circle category simply click the add category button '1'

Next type in the name you want to use as a category, in this example we'll use the word: Lead Generation '2'

Now that you’ve set up a category for your Circle, you can take it a step further! Use the Circle Widget to seamlessly integrate your Circle into any page, blog, funnel, or even another Circle, giving your community easy access wherever they need it.

Let's go ahead and add a Circle Widget: First head over to the Left side task bar and open the Widgets section. Scroll until you find the Circle option. Then simply drag that widget to where you want it to display:

On the left side of the image, you’ll see your Circle displayed on a page. Above the Circle, there’s a simple filter tab that showcases all created categories. You can choose to display all categories or selectively show specific ones using the Circle Categories option - just click the Change button to adjust visibility.

Circle Styling

You can access the Circle styling in 2 places:

  1. From the settings cog as shown above

  2. By selecting the Paint Brush icon in the top navigation bar

Here you will be able to set the Parent styling options for your Circle display and layout.

First, let’s explore the Sidebar Style: As shown in the image below, you can choose how the left task bar is displayed either in Wide view or Compact view, allowing you to adjust the layout to fit your preference.

Note: Whichever option you select here will be set as the default view when a member accesses your Circle.

Add Expand/collapse button

This setting allows you to enable or disable the small arrow icon that controls the Sidebar navigation. When activated, this icon lets users expand the Sidebar to its full width or collapse it into a more compact view. This provides flexibility, ensuring members can choose between a detailed navigation experience or a cleaner, space-saving layout.

Add Profile Button

The profile button allows members to access their personal profile dashboard, where they can update information, review purchases, and manage account details.

Padding & Round Corners

Smaller Styling Features:

Enhance the appearance of your Circle with subtle but impactful styling options. You can adjust circle padding to create a bordered effect around your Circle and fine-tune the padding size to achieve the desired look, as shown in the image below.

For a sleek, modern feel, you can also round out the corners, perfect for brands that favor a softer, refined aesthetic. Additionally, you have the flexibility to customize background colors, including the sidebar background, or even switch your Circle into dark mode for a more immersive experience.

Adding a Circle Image

Personalizing your Circle with an image helps create a strong visual identity. You can choose between a simple icon for a minimalist look or upload a full logo image to reinforce branding.

This image will be displayed prominently within your Circle, making it easier for members to recognize and engage with your community. Whether it’s a sleek symbol or a detailed logo, selecting the right image ensures consistency with your overall design and branding.

Additionally, you can customize the size, and background styling to seamlessly integrate the image into your Circle’s layout. For a polished touch, consider pairing it with other styling options like rounded corners or adjusting the padding for a balanced, refined appearance.

Text Styling

The Text Styling option helps you maintain a consistent brand identity across your Circle by allowing you to use your own font types throughout. You can fine-tune the Circle Name Font, Page Name Font, and text sizes to match your branding.

Additionally, you can customize button colors when adding them to pages within your Circle, ensuring a cohesive visual experience. With options to adjust text colors, badge styles, and even background settings, this feature gives you full control over the aesthetic of your Circle.

Icon Styling

Icons play a key role in shaping the look and feel of your Circle. With Icon Styling, you can refine the appearance of menu icons by customizing colors, backgrounds, and borders, ensuring they align with your branding and overall aesthetic.

This feature allows you to:

  • Adjust icon colors to match your brand palette.

  • Modify background colors for a clean or bold effect.

  • Add borders to give icons more structure and definition.

By fine-tuning these elements, you can create a seamless and visually appealing experience for your community, making navigation intuitive and engaging.

Where to show group submenu items?

When adding subpages to a group, you have three different ways to display submenu items, allowing you to tailor the navigation experience to best fit your Circle's structure and user preferences.

Here are the available options:

  1. Inline Below Group Name – The submenu items appear directly underneath the group name within the main menu, offering a clean, nested view.

  2. Slide Submenu Over the Menu – When clicking the group name, the submenu slides over the existing menu, creating a dynamic and space-efficient navigation experience.

  3. Its Own Sidebar Navigation – The submenu expands into a separate sidebar, providing a dedicated space for subpage navigation that enhances visibility and accessibility.

In the following images, you'll see how each option appears in action. This will help you decide which style best aligns with your layout preferences and overall user experience.

To change the display layout, click the brush icon to edit your Circle. Then, scroll down to the section labeled "Where to Show Group Submenu Items" to select your preferred submenu display option.

The first display we will select the Inline Below Group Name option. This will display any pages that are attached to a group below the group titled tab. Also indicated with a + icon

Slide Submenu Over the Menu

This display style creates a smooth sliding effect, allowing nested pages to elegantly slide over the main menu when accessed. It’s a space-efficient and visually dynamic way to organize subpages without cluttering the main navigation.

Your members will see an arrow icon indicating the submenu, making it intuitive to expand and collapse. If they need to return to the original menu display, a simple back button lets them navigate seamlessly.

This option ensures a clean, streamlined user experience while keeping everything neatly organized.

Its Own Sidebar Navigation

With this display option, all nested pages are organized within their own slide-out task bar, ensuring clear and structured navigation.

You also have the flexibility to position the sidebar on either the left or right side of the screen, allowing you to tailor the layout to best suit your design preferences and user experience. This setup keeps everything easily accessible while maintaining a clean, uncluttered main menu.

Enhanced Styling Customization

This display option gives you full creative control, allowing you to tailor the menu bar positioning—whether on the left or right side of the screen—to best suit your layout.

Additionally, you can customize background colors, ensuring a cohesive look that aligns with your branding. To further refine the aesthetic, you have the ability to adjust button colors, making every interactive element feel seamless within your Circle’s overall design.

These styling features help you create a polished, personalized experience for your community, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal.
