This feature allows you to control when content becomes accessible to members within your Circle. Whether you want to gradually release content over time, unlock pages based on progress, or schedule availability for a specific date, these flexible options ensure your members receive content in the way that best suits your structure. Below, we’ll cover the different availability settings and how they work.
Right Away: Members gain full access to content as soon as they enter the Circle, providing a seamless experience without delays.
Drip Release: Pages and materials unlock progressively over time, keeping members engaged with new content at regular intervals.
Completion-Based Release: Content becomes available once a member has completed a specific page or course, ensuring structured progression.
Scheduled Release: Content is set to go live at a predetermined date and time using a calendar picker, perfect for timed launches or events.
Note: Content Availability settings are set at page and group level only.
Below, we’ll walk through a simple example of how to set up timed drip content. Using one of our videos, "Video 2," we’ll configure access so that members can view this specific page only after 1 day has passed since enrolment.
Once set, if a member attempts to access this content, it will remain locked until the designated release time has been reached.
Course Module Release
A digital marketing course gradually unlocks new lessons every three days, ensuring learners absorb key concepts before moving to the next module.
Exclusive Membership Content
A premium coaching Circle releases weekly expert insights to keep members engaged while preventing content overload.
Onboarding Process for New Users
A business Circle progressively grants access to resources over the first week, guiding new members step by step.
Challenge or Training Series
A fitness program unveils daily workout routines, preventing members from skipping ahead and encouraging steady progress
And below is an example of what the member will see when awaiting the next portion of content using the drip setting.
The Completion-Based Release feature ensures structured progression by granting access to new content only after a member has completed a designated page or course. This approach encourages engagement, reinforces learning, and ensures users follow a guided journey through your Circle. Below, we’ll explore how to set up completion-based content release and its practical applications.
To set up this option, navigate to the page or group where you want to enable this setting. In this example, "Video 2" will only become accessible once "Video 1" has been completed, ensuring a structured progression for members.
Note: To ensure this setting works correctly, you must enable Track Content Completion on the previous content. In this example, we activate Track Content Completion in the Video 1 Page settings to properly gate access to Video 2.
